On this delicious afternoon we will be offering to you the sacred medicine of Cacao, Dance & Sound bath,

We start the session b connecting with each other and mother cacao, followed by dance and then a nourishing 30 minutes sound bath.

Cacao: Medicine plant and active ingredient in chocolate, used for thousands of years by natives of South America as a heart warming and heart opening elixir. 
Dance: Wild, free expression, celebration of life! Ancestral technology for reconnecting to self/community/world and cathartic release of stuck energies.

This will be a grounded, uplifting and soul filling evening full of love, cacao and dance.

Dancing is freeing and liberating to the soul. When dancing you have complete freedom to move however your body feels compelled to, through movement we can manifest ourselves.
This session will include cacao ceremony, Free Dance and sound bath at the end. Yum!
