Women's Moon Circle
Wednesday 25th of February 7-9pm.
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
In February, under a Waxing Gibbous Moon, we gather at THE HEARTH to slow down, connect, and gently tend to what is growing within us.
This phase of the moon invites refinement — nurturing our intentions with care, attention, and heart before they fully come into form. It’s a time to soften, to listen, and to strengthen what feels aligned.
Together we’ll sit in circle, share, and move into a creative ritual of stone painting — allowing our hands to express what words sometimes cannot. Stones will become anchors for intentions, symbols of what we’re growing, releasing, or learning to hold with compassion.
CACAO & DANCE
Saturday 28th of Febraury 4-7pm.
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
Our CACAO & DANCE is a ceremonial gathering of heart, body, and soul.
We come together to drink ceremonial cacao, move freely, and reconnect with ourselves and one another in a safe, gently held space. This is an invitation to soften the mind, open the heart, and listen deeply to the wisdom of the body.
Cacao, a sacred plant medicine used for thousands of years, supports heart-opening, emotional awareness, and connection. It helps us arrive fully — present, grounded, and receptive.

Women's Moon Circle
Wednesday 18th of March 7-9pm.
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
We gather under the Balsamic Moon, the quiet, liminal phase just before the New Moon. This is a threshold moment — a time of soft endings, deep listening, and allowing things to gently dissolve so space can be made for what’s next.
This moon doesn’t ask us to push forward or have answers. Instead, it invites us to slow down, tend to the nervous system, and be with what is present in the body and heart. It’s a time for rest, emotional honesty, and compassionate witnessing.

We gather under a Waxing Crescent Moon in Cancer — a tender moment in the lunar cycle when the light is gently growing and the Moon’s energy encourages soft beginnings, emotional nourishment, and heart-centred vision. On this evening, the Moon will be partway between the New Moon and the First Quarter, symbolising the early stages of growth and the slow unfolding of intention.
Cancer brings us into the realms of home, care, intuition, and the body. This lunar energy invites us to feel deeply, to trust our inner knowing, and to create intentions that honour emotional well-being and soulful nourishment.

Wild Woman Gathering
22nd-24th of August - FULLY BOOKED
Dear Wild Woman,
This gathering is for you.
For every woman who feels the call of the wild — that quiet whisper from deep within that says, “Awaken. Come home to yourself. Live the life that is truly yours.”
This weekend is for you if you are longing to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
It is for you if you crave a safe, sacred space to explore your truth, your wildness, your authenticity.
It is for you if your heart yearns for connection — to the land, to nature, to sisterhood.
We will spend the weekend together in the embrace of Phenzhopehaugh, in the Ettrick Valley — gathering in circle, dancing, sharing, and learning about the powerful Wild Woman archetype.
We will root ourselves in ceremony, in story, and in soul — immersed in the beauty of the natural world and in the wisdom we carry within.
You are warmly invited.
Come as you are.

online program.
...
(New dates will be released soon)
Empowered is an inspiring and motivational online program that will guide you back home to Self. Together, in community we will do deep and meaningful work to support you in becoming a more grounded, self-assured and empowered woman.
I created Eco Self-Empowerment™ (ESE) with the intention of fostering higher levels of self awareness, self compassion and self certainty in women. The vision is to empower women, through an eco based inside-out approach, to become grounded, centred, powerful agents for change in this crazy changing world.
We need a new approach, one that upholds the feminine, one that rises from the very earth upon which we make our stand.

"The need for connection and community is primal, as fundamental as the need for air, water, and food." ~Dean Ornish
"I went to the wild woman gathering, and I have to say it has changed my life.
For the first time in my life I felt safe and comfortable in a group of women, and I felt connected to them and to nature like I never have before.
I would honestly highly recommend any of Pollyana's sessions for anyone looking for self love, connection with nature and for a community of other like minded souls."
