CACAO & DANCE
Friday 19th of September 6-9pm,
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
Join us for an evening infused with ceremonial cacao, free dance, and sound healing — a grounded, uplifting, and soul-filling gathering full of connection, expression, and joy.
We’ll begin by connecting with one another and with Mama Cacao, the sacred heart-opening plant medicine that’s been used for thousands of years by native peoples of the Americas. We’ll then move into free, ecstatic dance — a wild celebration of life and authenticity — before closing with a deeply relaxing 30-minute sound bath.
Women's Moon Circle
Wednesday 24th of September 7-9pm.
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
Wild ones, we gather in this potent moment—under a waxing crescent moon in Scorpio, in the midst of eclipse season—a time when the veils thin, truth surfaces, and transformation is stirred.
This moon invites us to plant the seeds of new intentions. Yet with Scorpio’s depth, we are called to go beyond the surface: What needs to be faced, felt, or released so that your truth can take root and grow?

The New Moon arrives in Libra, inviting us to pause, reset, and plant new seeds of intention.
Libra, the sign of balance, harmony, and connection, reminds us that we thrive when we are in right relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
This circle is a chance to gather in sisterhood, slow down, and realign with what truly matters. Together, we’ll honour the New Moon energy through ritual, reflection, and sharing.
CACAO & DANCE
Saturday 25th of October 4-7pm,
at THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk.
This month, our Cacao & Dance takes us on a new journey.
For the first half of the evening, we will dance blindfolded — entering a space beyond sight, where we can truly let go and allow the music to move through us.
Guided by the sacred medicine of cacao and the powerful sounds of artists like Liquid Bloom, Wardruna, Heilung, Gwaïroch, and Heldom, we will explore the ancient practice of hollowing the bone — emptying ourselves, releasing ego, and becoming vessels for spirit, freedom, and pure movement.

This gathering is for you.
For every woman who feels the call of the wild — that quiet whisper from deep within that says, “Awaken. Come home to yourself. Live the life that is truly yours.”
This weekend is for you if you are longing to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
It is for you if you crave a safe, sacred space to explore your truth, your wildness, your authenticity.
It is for you if your heart yearns for connection — to the land, to nature, to sisterhood.
We will spend the weekend together in the embrace of Phenzhopehaugh, in the Ettrick Valley — gathering in circle, dancing, sharing, and learning about the powerful Wild Woman archetype.
We will root ourselves in ceremony, in story, and in soul — immersed in the beauty of the natural world and in the wisdom we carry within.
You are warmly invited.
Come as you are.

online program.
...
(New dates will be released soon)
Empowered is an inspiring and motivational online program that will guide you back home to Self. Together, in community we will do deep and meaningful work to support you in becoming a more grounded, self-assured and empowered woman.
I created Eco Self-Empowerment™ (ESE) with the intention of fostering higher levels of self awareness, self compassion and self certainty in women. The vision is to empower women, through an eco based inside-out approach, to become grounded, centred, powerful agents for change in this crazy changing world.
We need a new approach, one that upholds the feminine, one that rises from the very earth upon which we make our stand.

"The need for connection and community is primal, as fundamental as the need for air, water, and food." ~Dean Ornish
"I went to the wild woman gathering, and I have to say it has changed my life.
For the first time in my life I felt safe and comfortable in a group of women, and I felt connected to them and to nature like I never have before.
I would honestly highly recommend any of Pollyana's sessions for anyone looking for self love, connection with nature and for a community of other like minded souls."
