Join Louise and Pollyana on May 13th for a transformative experience focusing on healing and rejuvenation through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Coherent Breathwork, and a soothing Sound Bath.
This event is designed to help you release accumulated stress, trauma, and tension in a safe, supportive environment.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
We start the session with TRE techniques to activate your body's natural tremoring response, facilitating deep relaxation and releasing tension stored in muscles.
This practice will be followed by coherent breathing practice aiming to enhance self-awareness, accessing emotional release, and promoting a sense of peace and clarity.
We complete our time together with a soothing sound healing session where the healing vibrations of sound instruments will help balance your energy, promote relaxation, and deepen your meditative state, bringing a sense of serenity, calm and peace.
Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your experience, this event is open to all.
Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot today!
Together, let's embark on a journey of healing, growth, and connection. We look forward to seeing you there!
𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀:
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Coherent Breathing – Benefits & Support After TRE
Coherent breathing is a simple, rhythmic breathing practice, usually around 5–6 breaths per minute, that helps bring the nervous system into balance. It works by gently synchronising the breath, heart, and nervous system, supporting a shift into a more regulated and relaxed state. This can lead to:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Improved emotional regulation
A greater sense of calm and clarity
Support for heart–brain coherence and overall wellbeing
After TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), the body may feel open, sensitive, or activated as it processes and integrates released tension. Coherent breathing can be especially supportive at this stage because it:
Helps settle and stabilise the nervous system
Supports integration of the tremoring process
Reduces the likelihood of overwhelm
Encourages a gentle return to safety and groundedness
Deepens the sense of connection to the body
When combined with sound, this process can become even more supportive—allowing the body to soften, integrate, and rest more deeply.
Sound Healing
Sound Baths can promote deep relaxation, stress relief, emotional healing through the power of sound. Sound Baths use calming vibrations and therapeutic tones to promote mental clarity, support emotional well-being, and facilitate physical healing. The healing vibrations can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, restore energy, and help you feel more centered and balanced.

Meet your hosts:
Pollyana is a space holder, sound practitioner, and facilitator devoted to supporting others on their journey back to wholeness. Her work weaves together sound, breath, and embodied awareness to create deeply nourishing spaces where people can rest, reconnect, and gently explore their inner world.
With an awareness of the nervous system and a gentle, trauma-sensitive approach, she offers a range of practices—including sound baths and coherent breathing—that support regulation, integration, and a return to a natural state of balance.
Her approach is intuitive, grounded, and guided by a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal.
Her path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about spirituality and a felt sense that there is another way to live—one that is more connected, present, and true to our nature. Through years of personal exploration, she found profound support in meditation, nature, and energy-based practices, opening a deeper connection to herself and to life.
Louise works at the intersection of trauma healing and spirituality, supporting people to reconnect with their natural capacity for balance, resilience, and wholeness.
She is a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Organic Intelligence coach, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider. Her work is also informed by mindfulness, parts work, energy healing, and her ongoing training in Neuro-Affective Touch.
These approaches are rooted in a shared understanding: that the body holds an innate intelligence and is always moving toward healing when given the right support.
Louise’s personal journey began through meditation, nature, and embodied practices, opening a deeper connection to herself and to life. Over time, modalities like TRE and Somatic Experiencing became essential in helping her meet and integrate more intense trauma responses with greater ease and safety.
She has been supporting others in this work since 2017 and is deeply passionate about creating spaces where healing, presence, and genuine connection can unfold.
